Industrial Millwright Services — Canada & International
Apex provides industrial Millwright services for clients across Canada and internationally. We diagnose before we quote, document what we find, and mobilize to where the equipment is — remote sites, industrial facilities, and fabrication shops included.
What We Do
Field-ready industrial Millwright services — shutdown support, maintenance, inspection, and repair on the equipment that keeps operations running. Local, remote, or international.
Planned shutdowns, overhauls, equipment moves, rebuild support, and project-based Millwright work. Apex can mobilize for local, remote, or international industrial work where competent mechanical support is required.
Scheduled PM built around your production calendar. We track wear, catch problems early, and keep records so nothing gets missed between visits — whether that's weekly or annually.
We assess the machine before we talk about parts. Inspections cover rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, shears, press brakes, and drivetrain components — with written findings you can act on.
We trace failures back to the source — bearings, shafts, couplings, gearboxes, hydraulics, drives. We find the actual cause before anything gets ordered or replaced.
Pumps, motors, gearboxes, couplings, shafts, and bearings. We handle alignment, installation, pipe strain monitoring and mitigation, and repair on rotating equipment across industrial and process environments.
When a machine is worn out but worth saving, we assess the full scope, quote it honestly, and execute the rebuild. No surprises mid-job.
Written reports that describe what we found, what condition it's in, and what needs attention. Useful for insurance, compliance, client reporting, or your own maintenance records.
Inspections, troubleshooting, adjustments, maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs on bandsaws, press brakes, shears, rollers, ironworkers, conveyors, and material handling equipment. Where repairs or modifications require specific certifications, we coordinate through qualified partner shops — so the work gets done properly, without the client having to manage multiple contractors.
Why Choose Us
We're a skilled, mobile Millwright company — not a large contractor with layers of management. We travel to where the work is, do it properly, and communicate clearly throughout.
No account managers, no relay chain. You describe the problem to the person who's going to fix it. That means faster answers and fewer misunderstandings on site.
Local shop, remote industrial site, or international project — we go where the work is. We're set up to travel and operate in environments that aren't a five-minute drive from the office.
We don't show up with a parts list. We look at the machine, find out what's actually wrong, and tell you what it'll take to fix it — before anything gets ordered.
Rotating equipment, conveyors, hydraulics, pumps, gearboxes, drives, and more — we've worked across enough equipment types to be useful when the problem doesn't fit a neat category.
If we can't get there today, we say so. If the repair is going to take longer than expected, you hear it from us first — not after the fact.
Apex clearly documents findings and prepares concise reports tailored to multiple knowledge levels — from maintenance staff who need technical detail to managers who need risk, priority, and next steps.
Who We Serve
Apex supports industrial clients across local, remote, and international work environments. From planned shutdowns and preventive maintenance to troubleshooting, mechanical inspection, and project support, the common thread is equipment that needs to run.

How We Work
Safety is non-negotiable. Apex treats safety-critical systems with the seriousness they require. LOTO, permitting, verified isolation, site procedures, and full compliance are not paperwork exercises — they are the controls that protect people when industrial equipment is being inspected, maintained, repaired, or returned to service.
We follow client safety programs, site-specific procedures, LOTO requirements, and permitting processes. Proper isolation, verification, communication, and compliance are treated as critical parts of the job — not optional steps around it.
Our reports describe what we found in plain language — component condition, wear levels, what needs attention now versus what to monitor. Not a checkbox form. Useful for clients, insurers, and internal records.
We document what was done, what parts were used, and what we observed. Useful when you're troubleshooting six months down the road, handing off to another crew, or preparing for an audit.
If we spot a guarding issue, a worn component close to failure, or an unsafe condition — we tell you, even if it's outside the original scope of the call. That's part of the job.
